My Prezi Reflection

Cameron McCutcheon

My Thoughts on Prezi

Prezi is an online presentation program and is alike to Powerpoint. Here are some of my thoughts on the program. You will hear what I think is good and what I think is bad.
Good:

On Prezi, you can work with other people at the same time. A little man with their name pops up on your screen and shows where they are editing things. It proved very useful to me when I was making a presentation with a partner.
There are also only two control panels on Prezi, which makes it very easy to use. The two control panels are the Zebra, which allows you to flip, enlarge and do other things with text and images. The second is the main panel, which lets you make a path for the slides, import images, and all of the other main features.

Bad:

Sometimes, the program goes funny and when you try to work on a project, it says “ hups, bzzr, we have a problem” or something like that. It has not happened to me but it happened to a friend who lost his entire project due to this.
Uploading videos to Prezi is also hard to do. I never managed to do this but other people did. You have to get them from YouTube or somewhere and then somehow get them onto the desktop and get them to your Prezi.

Challenges:

One challenge I faced was getting the path right. I would sometimes get the path going over an image twice and it took me a while to figure out that all I had to do to fix it was to press the undo button.

In conclusion, Prezi is a useful presentation program and is fun to use. I recommend you try it out. It is easy to use and you will get a nice looking project at the end.
